Before you start, you'll need:

  • Microfibre cloths

  • A sponge

These are the steps to clean a mirror.

Step 1: Remove dust

Bathroom mirrors can easily collect gunk, dust, or grime. Make sure to get rid of any dirt or dust from the surface before you start the big clean.

To remove dust from your mirror, you will need to use a microfiber cloth.

Step 2: Time for a deep clean

It's now time to clean your mirror with a mirror cleaner. This will remove any stubborn streaks or stains. Warm water and vinegar are popular choices due to their acidity, which makes it easier to remove soap scum or limescale. Mix two equal amounts of each ingredient and then pour it into a spray bottle.

Experts recommend that you clean your mirror using warm water instead of cold water. This is because it will remove any stains, streaks, and fog.

After the dust has been removed, use another microfibre cloth to spray the product you choose onto the mirror. Then rub the mirror in circular motions. Do it slowly and not all at once. To achieve a perfect result, it is better to work in small areas.

You may need to use rubbing alcohol depending on the condition of your mirror. Use cotton pads or cotton cloth to clean any trouble spots.

Step 3: Dry your mirror

Next, use a damp sponge to wipe the mirror in circular motions. You can repeat the process until you have removed all water. Dry it with a microfibre cloth.

To remove any water stains from the mirror's surface using a squeegee. Slide it from top-to-bottom, then sideways, to get rid of all traces of cleanser and water. To remove any marks left behind, use a microfiber cloth to wipe them off.

In no time, you'll have sparkling bathroom mirrors!
